[0056] In order to solve the problem that the video super-resolution method realizes arbitrary magnification, after analysis, the present invention proposes an arbitrary magnification video super-resolution method ASVSR that introduces scale information to realize fractional magnification. The proposed ASVSR is divided into four stages. First, the variable convolution is used to align adjacent frames at the feature level; then the fusion module calculates the similarity between the aligned adjacent frames and the target frame, and focuses on similar parts. In this way, inter-frame timing information is fused, and intra-frame spatial information is fused non-locally; then, a kind of attention mechanism is used to fuse the features extracted by each element vector in the reverse position projection matrix, and integrate to the residual learning process.
