The prognosis evaluation device comprises a detection unit and an analysis unit, the detection unit is used for detecting the relative expression quantity of cell factors in a sample; the analysis unit takes the relative expression quantity of cell factors as an input variable, inputs the input variable into the prediction model, and analyzes the prognosis state of the malignant pleural effusion patient; the equation of the prediction model is the above formula.
