The production process comprises the following steps: S1, mixing and preparing raw materials of a surface layer; s2, shaping the base cloth; s3, calendaring and laminating; s4, high-temperature foaming; s5, carrying out surface embossing treatment; s6, inspecting and winding; and S7, packaging. A high-tech nano photocatalyst material is adopted to quickly inhibit synthesis of bacterial nucleic acid protein, so that harmful bacteria cannot reproduce, the antibacterial purpose is achieved, light energy can be utilized to decompose harmful substances such as formaldehyde, methylbenzene and sulfur dioxide into substances such as inorganic substances and water and oxygen harmless to a human body, smoke smell, carbon dioxide and TVOC can also be decomposed, and the environment is protected.
