The color vision detecting and correction method incldues the steps of: displaying several sets of achromatopsia detecting charts corresponding to one type of achromatopsia each for the testee to distinguish and determining the achromatopsia type of the testee; displaying at least one colour matching comparision diagram in one area for displaying some preset color and one other area for the testee to match color; receiving the color matching result of the testee; comparing the said color matching result with the preset color to determine the achromatopsia grade of the testee; and selecting corresponding achromatopsia correcting spectral curve based on the achromatopsia type and grade.
