Characters of the invention are as following: establishing parameter information set of RAB assignation fault; in the said parameter information set, setting up reporting parameter items of the parameter information set of RAB assignation fault. When establishing RAB assignation, the method includes following steps: (1) monitoring RAB assignation connection, and receiving fault information sent by system when radio resources control (RRC) connection is in failure; (2) based on fault cause pointed out by fault signal to query parameter item required to report in information set of RAB assignation fault; (3) based on the said parameter item to obtain corresponding parameter value from system, and to write the value to message of reporting fault; (4) sending the message of reporting fault to network management center.
