A seat armrest includes a lower sleeve, an upper sleeve, a driving device, and an adjustable armrest piece. The lower sleeve includes a connecting portion, an inner support portion, and a cover. The upper sleeve includes an outer support portion, an opening portion, two slide rails, a partition, and a driven device.
