[0016]The RSAV 20 is a mechanically-operated vehicle, with a fully enclosed tactical bullet resistant glass shield 6, that is designed to be operated by trained law enforcement or military personnel (therein referred to as “Operator”) during moderate to high-risk entries into a building or residence. The RSAV will allow personnel to drive the vehicle from a steering wheel. When the RSAV is sedentary, passengers as well as the operator can use both hands to utilize on board tools / weapons if a threat is encountered. Particularly, RSAV provides a four wheeled motorized platform which transports an operator and passengers into hostile environments. The wheels are motorized and allow easier entry into buildings.
