Besides, by reducing the effective area of the inductor sub touch electrode, the charging time for the interaction capacitance formed between the inductor sub touch electrode and the driving sub touch electrode can be shortened, the driving frequency of the driving sub touch electrode can be improved, and the purpose of improving the touch control point reporting rate is achieved.
