Provided are a method and a system of seamless transfer from traditional power utilization to intelligent power utilization. The system comprises an intelligent power utilization communication platform system framework which comprises a master station node, a user terminal and a power utilization monitor, wherein, the power utilization monitor collects power utilization/ power supply data of electrical equipment connected with the power utilization monitor in parallel, sends the power utilization/ power supply data to the user terminal, and receives control commands of the user terminal to control power-up states of the electrical equipment; and the user terminal is used for receiving control commands of an intelligent terminal, sending the control commands to the power utilization monitor, receiving the power utilization/ power supply data collected by the power utilization monitor, and sending the power utilization/ power supply data to the master station node. According to the method and the system of the seamless transfer from the traditional power utilization to the intelligent power utilization, for users, large-scale transformation is not required, new electrical equipment is not required for replacement, transformation of the electrical equipment is not required, only the power utilization monitor is adopted to be capable of achieve data collection of the intelligent power utilization of the current electrical equipment, and the seamless transfer from the traditional power utilization to the intelligent power utilization is achieved.
