compensation strategy, so as to generate a standardized cutter compensation control instruction according to the inputted technological parameters; the edge decoupling layer is in communication connection with the application business layer, and is used for receiving the standardized cutter compensation control instruction, calling a corresponding private protocol analyzer according to the brand type of a target
numerical control machine tool, and converting the standardized cutter compensation control instruction into an underlying instruction which can be executed by the target
numerical control machine tool; and the equipment execution layer comprises at least one
numerical control machine tool and is used for executing the bottom layer instruction to complete
tool wear compensation. An innovative three-layer edge decoupling architecture (an application
service layer, an edge decoupling layer and an equipment execution layer) is adopted to completely sink and isolate the heterogeneous
communication complexity in the edge decoupling layer.
