laser radar, the method comprising: calibrating a SPAD array, determining SPAD units included in a photosensitive pixel corresponding to each
light spot or light strip emitted in a
laser, and recording the SPAD units as an initial opening region; opening the SPAD units of the initial opening region to detect a target; obtaining
histogram data output by the opened SPAD units; adaptively adjusting the position of the SPAD units opened next time according to the
histogram data, when the
signal-to-
noise ratio in the
histogram data of the SPAD units opened next time meets a set value, the SPAD units opened next time are required SPAD units; and calculating distance information of the target according to the histogram data output by the required SPAD units. Through region calibration of the SPAD array, the opening position of the SPAD units is adaptively adjusted based on the
signal-to-
noise ratio for
photon reception at each
exposure, which ensures the detection effect while effectively reducing the detection
power consumption and data volume.
