The invention discloses a trenchless modified
polyvinyl chloride pipe and a preparation method thereof. The
polyvinyl chloride pipe comprises the following raw materials by weight: 90 to 110 parts of
polyvinyl chloride, 1.0 to 1.5 parts of organotin, 8 to 9 parts of modifying agent, 0.5 to 1.2 parts of
coupling agent, 0.8 to 1.5 parts of dioctyl-
phthalate, 0.2 to 0.8 part of
titanium dioxide and 0.1 to 0.5 part of coloring agent. The preparation method for the polyvinyl
chloride pipe comprises the following steps: (1) heating and hot-mixing polyvinyl
chloride resin, (2) inputting an organotin stabilizer at the temperature of 45 DEG C, (3) inputting the modifying agent, the
titanium dioxide and the coloring agent at the temperature of 85 DEG C, (4) inputting the dioctyl-
phthalate and the
coupling agent at the temperature of 105 DEG C, (5) keeping for 10 to 60 seconds when hot-mixing to the temperature of 110 DEG C, (6) then cold-mixing to the temperature of 45 DEG C, and discharging, (7) putting the
mixed materials into a double screw extruding
machine for
extrusion molding, (8) then entering a
sizing box, spraying and cooling, detecting the wall thickness by ultrasonic wave, jet-printing and identifying, length-fixing and
cutting, and gaining a finished pipe. The polyvinyl
chloride pipe, provided by the invention, is high in
impact resistant strength and strong in weatherability, and has certain tensile resistant strength.
