aluminum foil seals in a filling
production line, belonging to the technical field of airtightness detection devices. It includes a
workbench, a first conveyor group, a second conveyor group, a third
conveyor belt, a probe, a pusher, a placement component, and a blocking component. When the
bottle cap reaches the third
conveyor belt, it is detected by the probe. This probe combines a high-precision sensor with an
intelligent control system to accurately detect minute leaks at the
aluminum foil seal. When the probe detects a poor seal, an electric cylinder is activated, driving a pusher plate to push the poorly sealed portion onto the placement platform. This device has automated detection capabilities, automatically completing a series of operations from
aluminum foil seal detection and result judgment to rejection of defective products, greatly improving detection efficiency and effectively solving the technical problems of low efficiency and inaccurate detection in current filling production lines for aluminum foil seal airtightness testing.
