Abstract

The invention provides a turbo code rate matching method, which comprise the following steps: (a) sending the information in groups to a turbo code encoder with a code rate of 1 / r to generate a system bit stream and (r-1) checked bit streams; (b) interleaving the system bit stream and the checked bit streams coded by the turbo code encoder via the individual sub-interleavers thereof, laying the system bit stream in the inside front part of a circular buffer and laying the checked bit streams behind the system bit stream in a staggered manner, to form a circular buffer zone; (c) sequentially reading E code bits required in each HARQ transmission from the circular buffer zone to form a HARQ sub-pack.
