Abstract

By applying the method, the system message received during the cell selection/reselection process by user equipment comprises a plurality of PLMN ID, therefore, the user equipment can select the target PLMN according to PLMN ID, and further selects the target cell, thus avoiding that the UE can not select the target cell, which is caused by not broadcasting a plurality of the PLMN ID in the cell.
