The system comprises a processor, a wireless network card, wireless data receiving terminal equipment and a display terminal, wherein the processor is used for acquiring audio and video signals, encoding, encrypting and compressing the acquired signals and transmitting to the wireless network card, and the wireless network card is connected with the processor and transmits the signals processed by the processor to the wireless data receiving terminal equipment in a WiFi mode; the wireless data receiving terminal equipment decodes, decrypts and decompresses the audio and video signals sent by the wireless network card so as to re-transcode the audio and video signals into the audio and video signals which can be used by the display terminal and transmits to the display terminal, and the display terminal is in wire connection with the wireless data receiving terminal equipment and displays the audio and video signals re-transcoded by the wireless data receiving terminal equipment.
