System and method for creating and posting media lists for purposes of subsequent playback

A method and apparatus for creating and posting media is provided. For example, the invention allows a user to quickly create, signal process, encode, and transfer media files to a server for storage, posting, distribution, and retrieval. Thus, media such as audio, video, display, photo, spreadsheet, Web Clips, and HTML pages can be combined into a media file for uploading to a server and accessed from listings posted at web sites. In accordance with embodiments, a user downloads and installs a plug-in at the user's client computer. The user then registers and logs onto the server to perform various tasks. For example, the user can create a combined audio and photo media file at the client computer, in accordance with server based control parameters received from the system server. The plug-in then allows the user to perform digital signal processing and encoding of the media file at the client computer. After the file is encoded, it may be uploaded to a server for storage, posting, distribution, and retrieval. A file management system provides copies and listings of the file to other servers and web sites as permitted. Thus, other user having access to the database or web site lists via other client computers may select the file for retrieval. In accordance with another aspect of the invention, an information management system provides file and file list rankings based upon selection or click through of files and file listings.

Automatic sound field correcting device and computer program therefor

An automatic sound field correcting device executes a signal process to the plurality of audio signals on respective correspondent signal transmission paths, and outputs them to a plurality of correspondent speakers to correct sound characteristics on the respective signal transmission paths. Namely, a measurement signal is supplied to each signal transmission path, and a measurement sound corresponding to it is outputted from the speaker to a sound space. The outputted measurement sound is detected as a detecting signal. The frequency characteristic of the audio signal on each signal transmission path is corrected by an equalizer, and a gain value of the equalizer is determined by a correction amount determining unit. A frequency characteristics correction is performed predetermined times. At a first correction, the correction amount determining unit determines the correction amount by performing a frequency analysis, based on the detecting signal, i.e. base on the detecting signal corresponding to the measurement sound actually outputted to the sound space. On the contrary, at and after a second correction, the correction amount determining unit determines the correction amount based on the detecting signal or an output signal of the equalizer. Namely, at and after the second correction, the output signal of the equalizer is supplied to the correction amount determining unit in a signal processing circuit as the need arises, and the frequency characteristics correction is performed without actually outputting the measurement sound to the sound space.

Method for manufacturing build-up multi-layer printed circuit board by using yag laser

A method for manufacturing a build-up multi-layer printed circuit board is disclosed in which a YAG laser is used upon the formation of a via hole in the multi-layer printed circuit board, such that it can have the following advantages: the manufacturing process would become simple; the component packaging density and freedom for the design of the board would be improved; and a high speed of signal process would be ensured. The method for manufacturing a build-up multi-layer printed circuit board includes the steps of: forming a first printed circuit pattern on a copper clad laminate (CCL) by applying a general photo-etching process, the CCL having a copper foil on the one face thereof; stacking a resin-coated (on one face) copper foil (RCC) on the CCL with the first printed circuit pattern formed thereon, and heating and pressing this structure; irradiating a YAG laser to the board with said RCC stacked so as to form a via hole at a predetermined position by removing said RCC; carrying out an electroless and electro copper plating on the board with the via hole formed therein to form a plated layer; and forming a second printed circuit pattern on said plated layer to electrically connect the layers on which the first and second printed circuit patterns are formed.

The invention relates to identification, image processing and the like, in particular to an artificial neural network-based multi-source gait feature extraction and identification method, which aims to reduce inferences with external factors such as complex background and shelters so as to more accurately extract the effective information reflecting the walking characteristics of the moving people and improve the gait identification accuracy. The technical scheme of the invention comprises the following steps: separately acquiring the gait data by using a camera and a pyroelectric infrared sensor; extracting the skeleton feature parameter and Radon change peak characteristic parameter from the image source information acquired by the camera, and for the pyroelectric infrared source information, converting an acquired voltage signal into frequency domain characteristic parameter; merging the skeleton feature parameter, the Radon change peak feature parameter and the frequency domain characteristic parameter which are subjected to dimension reduction and corresponding signal process; and finally, realizing classified identification of the merged characteristics by using a BP neutralnetwork as the classifier and evaluating the identification effect.
