The method comprises the following steps of: transmitting a request comprising location measurement and signal quality measurement to monitored user equipment in a monitoring cell; receiving a measuring result returned by the user equipment according to the request, wherein the measuring result comprises the position information of the user equipment and the signal quality of the position at which the user equipment locates; and reporting the received measuring result to a signal quality distribution analyzing device so as to enable the signal quality distribution analyzing device to acquire the signal quality distribution information of the monitoring cell according to the measuring result and the position information of the monitoring cell. The embodiment of the invention can obtain the signal coverage conditions through the location measurement and the signal quality measurement, is not limited by environmental changes in the cell, can obtain network signal coverage information in real time and saves a large amount of manpower and material resources.
