Embodiment Construction

[0011] The present invention will be further described below in conjunction with the accompanying drawings.

[0012] refer to Figure 1 to Figure 4 As shown, the safety intravenous infusion needle of the present invention includes a protective cap 1, a steel needle 2, a butterfly wing 3, a needle seat 4, a syringe 5 and an infusion catheter 6. Wherein, the syringe 5 is provided with a central through hole 50 for accommodating the needle hub 4 and the infusion catheter 6 . The steel needle 2 is arranged on the front end of the needle base 4 , and the rear end of the needle base 4 is connected with one end of the infusion catheter 6 . The other end of the infusion catheter 6 is provided with a Luer connector 7 and a Luer cap 8 . The butterfly wing 3 is arranged on the outer wall of the syringe close to the front end of the syringe 5, and the butterfly wing 3 includes a pair of flexible wings 31. When performing an injection operation, the operator can fold the pair of wings 31...

Abstract

The invention relates to a safe intravenous infusion needle which comprises a needle cylinder, a butterfly wing, a steel needle, a needle seat and an infusion pipe. The outer wall of the needle seat is provided with an elastic arm, the elastic arm comprises a cantilever part and a bending part formed by downward bending a first end of cantilever part, the bending part is connected with the needleseat, and a second end of cantilever part is provided with an upward raised convex tooth. The cylinder wall of the needle cylinder is provided with an upward raised bump part, and the inner wall of the bump part forms a sliding slot. The cylinder wall of the needle cylinder in front of an inlet of the sliding slot is provided with a first lock hole capable of accommodating the convex tooth, and the top of the bump part is provided with a second lock hole capable of accommodating the convex tooth. During the assembly state, the convex tooth of the cantilever part stretches out from the first lock hole, and the top of the convex tooth is higher than the bottom of the sliding slot. After puncture is completed, the infusion pipe is pulled back; when the convex falls into the second lock hole, the point of the steel needle is hidden in a central through hole of the needle cylinder. The invention can prevent a used steel needle from being exposed outside the needle cylinder to injury people.

Description

technical field [0001] The invention relates to an intravenous infusion needle. Background technique [0002] The traditional intravenous infusion needle is mainly composed of a protective cap, a steel needle, a needle seat, butterfly wings, and an infusion catheter. In clinical use, the medical staff first removes the protective cap covering the steel needle, and then makes the steel needle puncture into the vein blood vessel of the human body, and confirms that the venipuncture is successful after seeing the return of blood. The intravenous infusion needle is connected with the infusion bag or the infusion bottle through the Luer connector at the end of the infusion catheter for intravenous infusion, or used in conjunction with the blood collection device for venous blood collection. After the infusion or blood collection is completed, the medical staff will take out the steel needle from the veins of the human body. In order to prevent the used steel needle from causing ...
