Abstract

The invention discloses a method and device for indirectly measuring large DC based on AC detection. The method comprises the following steps: 1) acquiring multichannel current signals of rectifier transformer valve sides by adopting AC sensors; 2) synchronously sampling the current signals acquired by the AC sensors through adopting acquiring units; 3) transferring the sampled data to a PC machine via interfaces; and 4) analyzing the received data in real time by adopting the PC machine to compute the measured DC. The method and the device have the following beneficial effects: the structure is simple; the volume is small; the measuring process is not affected by the DC high-intensity magnetic fields; the operation is convenient; the measuring accuracy is high; tens of thousands of amperes of large DC can be accurately measured; and the problems of DC measurement, AC harmonic analysis and energy consumption analysis and efficiency calculation of rectifier cabinets and converter systems in the industries such as electrolysis chemical industry and the like are effectively solved.
