The invention relates to a nanoemulsion of liposoluble vitamin and a preparation method thereof. The nanoemulsion comprises the components by mass proportions: 0.5-4 million IU (International Unit) of vitamin A acetate, 0.25-1.5 million IU of vitamin D, 200-2000 IU of vitamin E acetate and 5-20ml of polyoxyethylene ether castor oil and 100ml of water. The preparation method of the nanoemulsion comprises the steps of: taking 15ml of polyoxyethylene ether castor oil, heating to 60 DEG C, adding the vitamin A acetate, and stirring until dissolving; then adding the vitamin D, and stirring until dissolving; then adding the vitamin E acetate, and stirring until dissolving; and adding water until 100ml, and stirring until clarifying.
