Abstract
The embodiment of the invention discloses a method and equipment for transmitting downlink data. By applying the technical scheme provided by the embodiment of the invention, remaining MBSFN (MultimediaBroadcast multicast service Single Frequency Network) subframes are used for realizing scheduling and transmission of downlink unicastdata transmission of specific terminal equipment in a fixed transmission mode, so that extra superior signaling is not required to be added and the superior signaling is not required to be amended while PDSCH (Physical Downlink Shared Channel) transmission is realized on the MBSFN, and the corresponding terminal equipment can still achieve the same power saving effect as that of the earlier version.
