The invention discloses a folding bracket for gas-spring swinging structure displays, which comprises a display fixed board, a lifting die-casting component, a supporting frame and a base, wherein the upper end of the lifting die-casting component is connected with the display fixed board by a first rotating shaft, and the first rotating shaft is provided with forward and reverse torsional springs; the lower end of the lifting die-casting component is movably connected with the upper end of the supporting frame by a second rotating shaft, and the lower end of the supporting frame is fixedly connected with the base; and the middle of the supporting frame is provided with a gas spring, and the base is provided with a rotating-disc mechanism. By using the bracket disclosed by the invention, the position and angle of a display can be adjusted arbitrarily, so that the bracket is not only operated conveniently and freely, stably and reliably, but also expands the installation and application scopes of the display; the bracket supports multiple items of operations (such as lifting, inclining, bending and twisting and the like) of the display so as to furthest satisfy audio-visual demands; the height adjustment is operated more conveniently and performed only by light pressing, thereby furthest satisfying the angle requirements on watching the display, so that the descending process of the display is stable; and the bracket is convenient to fold and reasonable in structure; and by using the bracket, an occupied space and a packing space are reduced.
