The invention relates to a needle-free injection connector without positive pressure and negative pressure, comprising a joint, wherein a receiving chamber is formed above a pipe body and a liquid medium inlet is arranged at the bottom of the receiving chamber; an elastic valve arranged in the receiving chamber and having an inner space, wherein an upper seam and a lower seam formed at the top and bottom of the elastic valve are communicated with the inner space, which can be opened to form opening shapes; when the lower seam is opened, the lower seam is communicated with the liquid medium inlet; and a bidirectional conducting element is arranged in the inner space of the elastic valve and used for opening the upper seam and the lower seam when use and provided with a liquid medium runner joint. The elastic valve returns to the status quo to close the upper seam and the lower seam after use and isolates outside air and prevents upstream of the liquid medium.
