The problem that according to the technology of the prior art, the help-seeking information can no be sent in time when a user terminal needs help form other user terminals around the geographic position of the user terminal is sloved. The help-seeking method, apparatus, and system can be applied to a mobile user terminal such as a smartphone terminal.
