The method comprises the steps of: calculating the working time of each electrically controlled apparatus; carrying out an aging test on the refrigerator; carrying out a switching test on apparatuses in the refrigerator while carrying out the aging test on the refrigerator; and generating a service life test result of the refrigerator according to an aging test result and a switching test result. According to the test method of temperature control stability of the refrigerator provided by the embodiment of the invention, the aging test is carried out on the refrigerator by simulating an external environment of the refrigerator, such as external environment of high temperature and high humidity to accelerate aging of the refrigerator, and the switching test is carried out by accelerating switch-on and switch-off of an electrically controlled element on a circuit board of the refrigerator to truly simulate operation of the refrigerator, so that the service life of the refrigerator can be accurately tested.
