Abstract

The invention provides a circular tube-type anastomat. The circular tube-type anastomat comprises a shell, a nail anvil pull rod, a nail push rod, a knob and a percussion handle, wherein the nail anvil pull rod is accommodated in the shell; the nail push rod is sheathed onto the nail anvil pull rod; the knob is connected with the near end of the shell so as to control the nail anvil pull rod to move; and the percussion handle is pivotally connected onto the shell and is abutted with the near end of the nail push rod. The circular tube-type anastomat also comprises a safety mechanism movably positioned in the shell so as to limit the movement of the percussion handle. The safety mechanism comprises a locking piece, a safety block and a torsional spring, wherein the locking piece can be abutted with or separated from the percussion handle; the safety block is relatively arranged on the near end of the locking piece; and the torsional spring is connected with the locking piece and the safety block. The nail anvil pull rod is provided with a stay rod pin, and the safety block is provided with a shifting chute matched with the stay rod pin. When the knob is rotated to a percussion position, the locking piece is separated from the percussion handle. According to the circular tube-type anastomat provided by the invention, mistake percussion can be effectively prevented from occurring, so that surgical procedures are simpler and more convenient.
