Abstract

The detection method comprises the steps of performing tensile test on the automobile girder and detecting yield strength of the automobile girder, if the yield strength is not detected, tensile strength and elongation of the automobile girder are tested; if the tensile strength does not fit a first predetermined index and/or the elongation does not fit a second predetermined index, it is determined that a yield phenomenon exists in the automobile girder and the test is finished; and if the tensile strength fits the first predetermined index and/or the elongation fits the second predetermined index, a chemical composition test and a metallographic structure test are performed on the automobile girder.
