The invention discloses a method for judging a locked-rotor state of a position-sensorless vector control permanent magnet synchronous motor. The method comprises the steps of A, calculating input power Pin and output power Pout of the motor; B, calculating an error value ERR, wherein ERR=abs(Pin-K1*Pout), and K1 is a coefficient; C, judging whether ERR is greater than or equal to a certain presetvalue P0 or not, if so, returning to the step A, and if not, judging that the motor is in a locked-rotor state, namely, an abnormal steady-state closed-loop state, and entering a step D; and D, blocking the pulse signal output to the inverter by a motor microprocessor. According to the invention, the locked-rotor state of the motor can be accurately judged, the motor is prevented from still entering the steady-state closed-loop state when being changed into the locked-rotor state, the motor is enabled to be in a high-frequency small-amplitude oscillation state, a protection strategy is perfected, the motor is effectively protected, the judgment problem of the locked-rotor state is fundamentally solved, modification is not needed after load replacement, and great convenience is brought tousers.
