data acquisition system; the flow deflector is installed on the conveying pipeline through the supporting hub, the conveying pipeline is provided with a feeding port and a discharging port, the flow velocity sensor and the particle distribution sensor are both installed on the feeding port, the pressure sensors are evenly arranged in the axial direction of the conveying pipeline, the feeding pump is connected with the feeding port through the feeding
pipe, and the pressure adjusting valve is installed on the feeding
pipe. The flow velocity sensor, the particle distribution sensor and the
pressure sensor are all connected with the
data acquisition system, and the control terminal is respectively connected with the feeding pump and the
data acquisition system. The inclination angles of the flow deflectors are simulated and optimized through fluid dynamics,
particle aggregation in the conveying pipeline is reduced, and the defect of
high energy consumption or low conveying capacity is overcome.
