Systems and methods for managing divergence of best effort transactional support mechanisms in various transactional memory implementations using a portable transaction interface are described. This interface may be implemented by various combinations of best effort hardware features, including none at all. Because the features offered by this interface may be best effort, a default (e.g., software) implementation may always be possible without the need for special hardware support. Software may be written to the interface, and may be executable on a variety of platforms, taking advantage of best effort hardware features included on each one, while not depending on any particular mechanism. Multiple implementations of each operation defined by the interface may be included in one or more portable transaction interface libraries. Systems and / or application software may be written as platform-independent and / or portable, and may call functions of these libraries to implement the operations for a targeted execution environment.

The method comprises the following steps: acquiring a fault monitoring strategy for monitoring a vehicle fault; according to a target deployment platform of the fault monitoring strategy, determining a first part strategy irrelevant to the target deployment platform and a second part strategy relevant to the target deployment platform in the fault monitoring strategy; obtaining a preset hierarchical rule base, wherein the hierarchical rule base comprises a platform-independent layer rule and a platform-related layer rule; based on the platform independent layer rule, generating a first code used for executing the first part strategy; based on the platform related layer rule, generating a second code used for executing a second part strategy; and splicing the first code and the second code to obtain a fault monitoring code for executing the fault monitoring strategy. Thus, for the fault monitoring strategy, the corresponding fault monitoring codes can be automatically generated according to different target deployment platforms, and the deployment flexibility is enhanced.

The first encapsulated message is then encapsulated in an internet protocol security protocol to create a second encapsulated message. The second encapsulated message is then transmitted to the 5G network.
