This invention discloses the preparation and application of radiofrequency thermoresponsive platinum ion crosslinked black phosphorus nanogel. The nanogel has a core-shell structure, comprising a core composed of a radiofrequency thermosensitive agent and chemotherapeutic drugs, and a shell constructed from a thermosensitive nanopolymer. The thermosensitive nanogel BP-Pt@PNA prepared using the above components exhibits radiofrequency thermosensitive properties. This invention relates to the synergistic anticancer application of redox-responsive condensates (FFSSFF) for delivering jujube extract and 3-methyladenine. Specifically, this invention relates to the application of redox-responsive condensates in the preparation of targeted drug delivery products, wherein the targeted drug delivery products release drugs in response to glutathione. The active ingredients in the targeted drug delivery products are jujube extract and 3-methyladenine. This invention utilizes an FFSSFF carrier designed based on the LLPS principle, integrating redox-sensitive disulfide bond linkage modules to achieve spatiotemporally controlled drug delivery within a tumor tissue-specific microenvironment with high glutathione concentrations.

Use of Hsap_1847317_1SS12GA_R+1 in preparation of product for detecting tumor immunotherapy resistance

The application discloses application of Hsap_1847317_1SS12GA_R+1 in preparation of a product for detecting tumor immunotherapy drug resistance, the immunotherapy is an immune checkpoint inhibitor treatment, and a nucleotide sequence of the Hsap_1847317_1SS12GA_R+1 is shown as SEQ ID NO. 1. In the technical scheme provided by the application, through a three-stage research process of screening-training-verification, it is found for the first time that Hsap_1847317_1SS12GA_R+1 is closely related to non-small cell lung cancer immunotherapy drug resistance, and it is confirmed that the Hsap_1847317_1SS12GA_R+1 can be used as an efficient detection marker. Research results show that in blood of patients after immunotherapy drug resistance, the expression amount of the Hsap_1847317_1SS12GA_R+1 is significantly up-regulated by about 10 times (P<0.0001), and excellent statistical significance is shown.
