Abstract

The invention discloses an on-line face identity authentication method based on homomorphic encrypting and chaotic scrambling. The method is applied to safe and reliable on-line identity authentication systems. According to the on-line face identity authentication method, firstly, an effective SIFT feature point filtering method and an effective SIFT feature binaryzation method are studied and put forward; secondly, a reasonable homomorphic encrypting method is designed, and an identity authentication method based on local feature point similarity is realized in an encrypting domain. On the basis of the above study, a safe and reliable on-line identity authentication system method is designed according to an on-line identity authentication prototype application system with a user physical identity and a digital identity unified. The encrypted features obtained through the method have diversity, revocability and safety, and meanwhile good authentication performance can still be guaranteed.
