Abstract

The method comprises the concrete steps: (1) damping: cutting off a high-level key-layer roof in advance, to reduce a caving step distance; (2) energy absorption: releasing the pressure of a coal layer upper-covered old roof, to reduce a caving step distance; (3) shock reducing: releasing the pressure of a coal body; (4) effect testing: testing a pressure releasing effect of the step (1) by utilizing a microseismic system (1), testing a pressure releasing effect of the step (2) by utilizing an electromagnetic radiation and acoustic emission system, and testing a pressure releasing effect of the step (3) by utilizing a cutting drilling method and a conventional mine pressure observation; and if the pressure releasing effects do not reach desired effects, repeating the corresponding steps until the required pressure releasing effects are reached. Through damping, energy adsorption and shock reduction, and with mutual complement of a plurality of pressure releasing methods, systemic comprehensive full pressure releasing on coal and rock bodies is carried out, and the occurrence possibility of rock burst is reduced.
