Abstract

The online class fault processing method includes that acquiring a teaching request sent from an initiating client when performing teaching in a built online class; detecting whether there is teaching information corresponding to the online class; if there is no teaching information corresponding to the online class, determining that the online class goes wrong, and sending a teaching information acquiring request to the initiating client to enable the initiating client to automatically feed back the teaching information according to the acquiring request; rebuilding an online class according to the teaching information fed back by the initiating client. The online class fault processing method solves the problem that if a server goes wrong in the teaching activities, all the teaching information related to the corresponding online class on the server would loss instantaneously, and the teaching activities have to be suspended; by means of the online class fault processing method, even if the server goes wrong, the online class can be rebuilt timely, and the teaching activity suspension is avoided.
