Abstract

The invention provides a D-type audio frequency amplifier which comprises a carrier wave generating circuit, a drive flow generating circuit, a pseudo random signal generating circuit and a clock signal generating circuit. A set of pseudo random signals are generated through the pseudo random signal generating circuit, a carrier wave signal with the frequency in pseudo-random change is generated according to the pseudo random signals, and a PWM signal acquired through the carrier wave signal is also a signal with the frequency in pseudo-random change. Meanwhile, a drive current with the magnitude in pseudo-random change is generated according to the pseudo random signals. The PWM signal with the frequency in pseudo-random change and the drive current with the magnitude in pseudo-random change enable the switching frequency of a power switch tube to be changed within a certain range and enable the turning-on time and the turning-off time of the switch tube to be changed within a first range, so that the switching frequency and the spectrum energy at a frequency doubling position are scattered, peak energy is lowered, and the D-type audio frequency amplifier has good EMI inhibition performance both in a low frequency band and a high frequency band.

Description

technical field [0001] The invention relates to the technical field of power electronics, in particular to a Class D audio amplifier. Background technique [0002] Due to the advantages of high efficiency and low power consumption, Class D audio amplifiers are increasingly used in portable devices such as PDAs, mobile phones, and MP3s. [0003] In the traditional class D audio amplifier, the fixed frequency PWM signal is formed by comparing the audio input signal with the high frequency fixed frequency carrier signal, and then the formed fixed frequency PWM signal is amplified by a high voltage power MOSFET. The PWM signal is then passed through a low-pass filter to remove the carrier frequency, and the original baseband audio signal can be restored. [0004] Although this traditional Class-D audio amplifier has high operating efficiency, the switching frequency of its power device is fixed (the frequency of the PWM signal controlling the switching state of the power device...
