By virtue of three-dimensional numerical simulation, the water flow rate is regulated, so that an inferior landscape is prevented from being formed during a low water period, and an optimal landscape effect of each waterfall section is ensured on the premise of ensuring each flow rate; furthermore, the flow forms of the waterfalls and the drop positions of waterfall currents can be predicated according to the water flow rates; by virtue of reversely controlling the calculation condition through waterfall landscape current, design is supervised, the form is optimized and great convenience is provided for construction.
