Provided are a sensor switch device and a lamp using the same. The lamp comprises a load, a sensor switch device for controlling the load to be on and off, and an AC power source for providing power. The sensor switch device comprises a sense module, a switch module, a signal detection module, a signal processing module, and a signal time-delay module. If the signal processing module receives a switch signal output from the sense module, the signal detection module is triggered by the signal processing module to detect an input voltage, and a detection signal is output to the time-delay module if the input voltage is higher than a preset value. The time-delay module performs time-delay processing on the basis of the output detection signal, and the signal processing module enables the switch module to be on and off when an input current is lower than a peak current of the switch module. The lamp can be turned on within a relatively safe voltage range, the intensity of impact currents acting on components and the load is reduced, and the interference is minimized.
