A production process of acetic acid comprises a reaction step for continuously allowing methanol to react with carbon monoxide in the presence of a catalyst system comprising a metal catalyst (e.g., a rhodium catalyst), an ionic iodide (e.g., lithium iodide), and methyl iodide in a carbonylation reactor; and in the process, (i) the concentration of the metal catalyst is maintained at not less than 860 ppm on the basis of weight, the concentration of water is maintained at 0.8 to 15% by weight, the concentration of methyl iodide is maintained at not more than 13.9% by weight, and the concentration of methyl acetate is maintained at not less than 0.1% by weight, in a whole liquid phase in the reactor, and/or (ii) the concentration of the metal catalyst is maintained at not less than 660 ppm on the basis of weight, the concentration of water is maintained at 0.8 to 3.9% by weight, the concentration of the ionic iodide is maintained at not more than 13% by weight, the concentration of methyl iodide is maintained at not more than 13.9% by weight, and the concentration of methyl acetate is maintained at not less than 0.1% by weight, in a whole liquid phase in the reactor.

The invention discloses a preparation method of a lithium-stored composite material Fe3O4 / C with a hollow sphere structure and an application of the lithium-stored composite material Fe3O4 / C with a hollow sphere structure in a lithium ion battery, belonging to the technical fields of material synthesis and high-energy lithium-ion storage batteries. The preparation method is characterized in that a solvothermal method or hydrothermal method is utilized to prepare the Fe3O4 / C composite material with a hollow sphere and narrower particle size distribution, wherein the Fe3O4 / C composite material is high in purity; and the mean particle size of the Fe3O4 / C composite material is 750 nanometers and the wall thickness of the Fe3O4 / C composite material is 250 nanometers. An electrochemical test proves that the first discharging specific capacity of the Fe3O4 / C composite material prepared by the method can be 1157mAh / g, and the discharging specific capacity of the Fe3O4 / C composite material can be 900mAh / g after being circulated for 65 times, thus showing the perfect cyclical stability. The Fe3O4 / C composite material has good rate performance; and the charging specific capacity of the Fe3O4 / C composite material is 620mAh / g and 460mAh / g respectively under 2C and 5C charge-discharge rates, thus the rate performance is superior to that of an existing commonly-used carbon cathode material (theoretical specific capacity is 372mAh / g). The Fe3O4 / C lithium ion battery cathode material is low in cost, simple in process and easy to industrialize, and has wide application prospects in the high-energy lithium ion battery field.

In the invention, by means of combination of an aliphatic (hydroxyl) sulfonate superplasticizer and a polycarboxylic acid superplasticizer, selection and collocation of a cementing material and coarse and fine aggregates as well as specific mix design, the self-compacting concrete (more than C40) with low consumption of the cementing material is prepared from coal ash, mineral powder and tailings, wherein, a ketoaldehyde condensate is taken as the main component of the aliphatic (hydroxyl) sulfonate superplasticizer; and when the superplasticizer is added to cement paste, the mixed concrete has the advantages of good construction workability, less possibility of bleeding and segregation, no crystallization precipitate at low temperature and the like. Compared with the prior art, the self-compacting concrete prepared by the method provided by the invention has the advantages of lowering cement consumption by at least 70kg / m<3>, reducing consumption of the cementing material by at least 70kg / m<3>, comprehensively utilizing at least 470kg / m<3> of solid waste, and lowering concrete cost by at least **yuan / m<3>.

The present invention seeks to promote energy efficiency by providing an airtight barrier which inhibits the passage of conditioned (furnace-heated or air conditioner-cooled) air through the recessed light fixture and out of the living space. Energy efficiency is also promoted by encouraging (though not necessitating) conversion from incandescent bulbs to compact fluorescent bulbs. Further, the airtight barrier has the desirable effect of prohibiting the movement of insects through the recessed light fixture and into the living space. The present invention can be easily installed without tools or special skill, and can be easily removed to allow for bulb replacement. It can be manufactured in varying shapes and sizes, including sizes conforming to standard recessed light fixtures having circular openings with 4-inch and 6-inch diameters, and with tapered and non-tapered baffles.
