The in-suit aeration device suitable for black and stinking water body comprises a motor which is vertically arranged on the water surface, a gas source device, an automatic control system, an aeration diffusion chamber, and an aeration device; the aeration diffusion chamber is arranged in water right below the motor; the bottom of the aeration diffusion chamber is provided with an opening; a plurality of aeration diffusion holes arearranged in circular arrays at equal intervals on the side wall of the chamber body; a rotating shaft and a gas guide pipe are arranged to be vertical, and are designed to pass through the center of the aeration diffusion chamber and are connected with the aeration device at the lower end of the aeration diffusion chamber; the aeration device comprises gravity aeration heads, and telescopic gas guide pipes; the telescopic gas guide pipes are arranged on the rotating shaft and the lower end side wall of the gas guide pipe in circular arrays at equal intervals; the telescopic gas guide pipes arearranged to be horizontal; each telescopic gas guide pipe is provided with a gravity aeration head. The in-suit aeration device is capable of adjusting aeration semidiameter based on reoxygenation effects, and realizing aeration with different aeration influence semidiameters.
