Software, databases, computer models, and a series of monitoring devices are provided that are used collectively to optimize farming operations for the purpose of efficiently utilizing the water right associated with the land while recognizing the potential to transfer a proportional amount of the water right in a lease or sale arrangement to other water users. The contemplated system encourages water conservation by allowing those owning water rights to determine the feasibility of changed farming practices intended to maximize net returns and profitability of their overall farming operations.

A wound treatment apparatus that ventilates a wound dressing with warm humidified oxygen and/or air at a very low flow rate while under a sub-atmospheric pressure. A controlled flow of filtered air and/or oxygen is selected or blended under atmospheric pressure. This gas is pulled by a downstream vacuum source through a flow limiting device and exits at a sub-atmospheric pressure equal to the vacuum source. The system and method automatically rates a telephone number according to a plurality of parameters. The rating produces a relevancy score relating to the quality of customer service and satisfaction (QOCS) associated with calling the vendor telephone number. Vendors associated with telephone numbers that score high on the QOCS scale are given priority to incoming calls from consumers seeking directory assistance in the vendors' field. Feedback between a calling party customer and a called party vendor is possible, in real time, before, prior to, or after the actual conversation between customer and vendor, and multiple vendors may be called and screened automatically by the system in response to specific calling party needs. In one embodiment of the system, dirty numbers (numbers reassigned to a second party from a previous party) are screened. In another embodiment, vendors who consistently score high on the QOCS scale may be targeted for solicitation. In yet another embodiment, a method is disclosed for assessing an advertising fee based on referrals received by vendors using the present invention. The disclosure provides methods and apparatus of left ventricular pacing including automated adjustment of a atrio-ventricular (AV) pacing delay interval and intrinsic AV nodal conduction testing. It includes—upon expiration or reset of a programmable AV Evaluation Interval (AVEI)—performing the following: temporarily increasing a paced AV interval and a sensed AV interval and testing for adequate AV conduction and measuring an intrinsic atrio-ventricular (PR) interval for a right ventricular (RV) chamber. Thus, in the event that the AV conduction test reveals a physiologically acceptable intrinsic PR interval then storing the physiologically acceptable PR interval in a memory structure (e.g., a median P-R from one or more cardiac cycles). In the event that the AV conduction test reveals an AV conduction block condition or if unacceptably long PR intervals are revealed then a pacing mode-switch to a bi-ventricular (Bi-V) pacing mode occurs and the magnitude of the AVEI is increased.

Furthermore, the proposed approach which naturally extends to the out-of-sample data is an inductive learning method in nature.

wherein sulphur pellets comprising H₂S-suppressant according to the invention are added in at least one of the steps (i), (ii) or (iii).

The invention also provides the use of a sulphur-comprising asphalt paving mixture comprising H₂S-suppressant in the paving of roads.

The present invention is a multiple use fishing assembly. This assembly includes a fishing rod holding unit capable of holding at least one fishing rod. This fishing rod holding unit is designed and configured to have various components removably secured thereto. One component is a removable outrigger assembly.
