Abstract

The invention discloses a genetically modified cotton variety recognition method. The method comprises the steps that within the wavelength range of 150 micrometers to 3 millimeters, terahertz spectral information of a genetically modified cotton seed sample is collected; the terahertz spectral information of the genetically modified cotton seed sample is combined with dynamic self-adapting particle swarm optimization, the dynamic self-adapting particle swarm optimization is utilized for optimizing and training a support vector, and a recognition model of s support vector machine is built; then, the built recognition model is utilized for conducting category judgment on a sample to be tested to obtain a recognition result. Terahertz spectrum detection is adopted, and by means of the support vector machine based on the dynamic self-adapting particle swarm optimization, the recognition model of genetically modified cotton seed is built. The recognition rate of the model for the genetically modified cotton seed categories reaches 97.3%, a foundation is laid for application of a qualitative analysis model in actual sample detection, and the precise, rapid, simple, convenient and lossless method is provided for detecting genetically modified products.

Description

technical field [0001] The invention relates to plant variety identification technology, in particular to a method for identifying transgenic cotton varieties based on terahertz time-domain spectroscopy and DAPSO-SVM. Background technique [0002] With the popularization of genetically modified technology and the promotion of genetically modified products, the safety testing and safety evaluation of genetically modified products have received extensive attention. At present, the molecular identification method for detecting genetically modified foods is mainly PCR. Although this method has the characteristics of high sensitivity, this method requires international standard genetically modified standard substances for detection, which brings inconvenience to the detection of genetically modified products. The detection of genetically modified products will bring problems such as difficult determination of optimization parameters and large amount of calculation of spectral dat...
