Problems solved by technology

At present, the molecular identification method for detecting genetically modified foods is mainly PCR. Although this method has the characteristics of high sensitivity, this method requires international standard genetically modified standard substances for detection, which brings inconvenience to the detection of genetically modified products. The detection of genetically modified products will bring problems such as difficult determination of optimization parameters and large amount of calculation of spectral data

Embodiment Construction

[0083] The present invention will now be further described with reference to the drawings and specific embodiments. See Figure 1 to Figure 6 .

[0084] In order to verify and illustrate the content of the present invention, a terahertz spectrum detection system was used to perform spectral scanning on 165 transgenic cotton seed samples, and a support vector machine classification based on dynamic adaptive particle swarm optimization was used to model the obtained data. The identification of genetically modified cotton seeds has achieved good results and the results are satisfactory. The method provided by the invention has the advantages of accuracy, rapidity, simplicity, non-destructiveness, etc., and has higher guiding significance and application value for the detection of genetically modified cotton seeds in actual life.

[0085] The present invention addresses the problems that the current detection of genetically modified products is based on visible light / near-infrared sp...

Abstract

The invention discloses a transgenic cotton identification method, which collects terahertz spectral information of a transgenic cotton seed sample within a wavelength range of 150um to 3mm; combines the terahertz spectral information of the transgenic cotton seed sample with a dynamic self-adaptive particle swarm algorithm , using the adaptive dynamic particle swarm optimization algorithm to optimize and train the support vector, and establishing the identification model of the support vector machine; then using the established identification model, to determine the category of the sample to be tested, and obtain the identification result. The invention establishes a recognition model of transgenic cotton seeds by adopting terahertz spectrum detection and combining a support vector machine based on dynamic self-adaptive particle swarm optimization. The recognition rate of the model for the category of transgenic cotton seeds reached 97.3%, which laid the foundation for the application of the qualitative analysis model in actual sample detection. It provides an accurate, fast, simple and non-destructive method for the detection of genetically modified products.

Description

Technical field [0001] The invention relates to a plant variety identification technology, in particular to a transgenic cotton variety identification method based on terahertz time-domain spectroscopy and DAPSO-SVM. Background technique [0002] With the popularization of genetically modified technology and the promotion of genetically modified products, the safety testing and safety evaluation of genetically modified products have received extensive attention. At present, the molecular identification method for the detection of genetically modified foods is mainly PCR. Although this method has the characteristics of high sensitivity, the method requires international standard genetically modified standard products for detection, which brings inconvenience to the detection of genetically modified products. The detection of genetically modified products will bring about the problems of difficulty in determining optimized parameters and large amount of calculation of spectral data...
