The composite material comprises: high-density polyethylene, nylon and carbon nanotubes, wherein the mass ratio of high-density polyethylene to nylon is 7:3 to 9:1 , the mass percentage of carbon nanotubes in the total mass of high-density polyethylene and nylon is greater than 0 and less than or equal to 10%. The most notable feature of this composite material is that the conductive filler carbon nanotubes are selectively dispersed in the nylon phase, and the nylon phase is dispersed in the high-density polyethylene matrix in a sea-island structure, thus forming an isolation structure of carbon nanotubes coated with a nylon organic layer , so that the material has a large dielectric constant and low dielectric loss. The dielectric constant of the high dielectric material is as high as 4000 and the loss is only 2 when the frequency is 1KHz and the carbon tube content is 3wt%.
