Abstract

The invention relates to the field of electrified installation of 66KV transmission lines, and particularly relates to a method for mounting, dismounting and changing a linear wire feeder in an electrification mode. The method comprises two processes of dismounting an old wire feeder and changing and mounting a new wire feeder, wherein the process of dismounting the old wire feeder comprises the following steps: transferring tools and instruments onto a tower by an operator with an insulating rope under the cooperation of personnel on the ground after climbing onto the tower; mounting a pulley block, and opening a U-shaped screw cap at first; taking off a U-shaped lead screw; taking off a pressing strip of a conducting wire; transferring conducting wire loads onto the pulley block by the pulley block to locate the wire feeder in a suspension state; and taking off a mandrel bolt of the wire feeder by using a mandrel bolt mounting device. The method provided by the invention is used for mounting, dismounting and changing the linear wire feeder without power cut, thereby expanding the operability range, increasing the electrified working projects and effectively improving the working efficiency.
