A plurality of universal wheels are mounted on the base; the supporting frame is movably installed on the base in the vertical direction, and a waist and abdomen supporting structure is installed on the supporting frame; the leg lifting mechanism comprises a connecting ring, a traction rope, a winding wheel and a winding motor, the winding motor is installed on the supporting frame, the winding wheel is installed on an output shaft of the winding motor, one end of the traction rope is wound around the winding wheel, the other end of the traction rope is connected to the connecting ring, and the connecting ring is used for binding the thighs of a user. When the patient performs postoperative walking rehabilitation exercise, the legs of the patient can be assisted to be lifted to a reasonable height, so that the user can make normal gaits when doing rehabilitation exercise, compensation gaits such as dragging and tiptoeing are prevented from being formed, and the effectiveness of rehabilitation exercise is improved.
