Abstract

The invention discloses a method and a device for transfer station hot standby, and a communication system. The method comprises steps that a first electric signal generated according to a signal received by a first transfer station from an antenna is acquired, and a second electric signal generated according to a signal received by a second transfer station from the antenna is acquired; whether the first electric signal and the second electric signal are valid is determined; if the first electric signal is valid, the first transfer station is selected to connect with the antenna; if the first electric signal is invalid, and the second electric signal is valid, the second transfer station is selected to connect with the antenna; if the first and second electric signals are both invalid, the first and second transfer stations are controlled for stopping forwarding signals received by the antenna. Through the method, the first and second transfer stations are mutual standby transfer stations which can realize automatic switching to carry out signal forwarding.
