The invention discloses a control method which is used for controlling starting or stopping of an electric heating band of an oil separator of an air-conditioner. When a compressor of the air-conditioner is started in the environment that the temperature is lower than a first temperature threshold for the time longer than a first preset time and the condensation temperature of exhausted gas of the compressor drops to be within a preset temperature scope, whether the superheat degree of the exhausted gas of the compressor is smaller than a first superheat degree threshold value or not is judged. When the superheat degree of the exhausted gas is smaller than the first superheat degree threshold value, the electric heating band is started. Gaseous-state refrigerants are prevented from condensing to be in liquid state; and meanwhile, the refrigerants and refrigerant oil are separated, and the oil return quality is improved.
