The air-suction drum-type peanut picking device comprises a seedling vine clamping conveying chain and air-suction type picking rollers which are arranged up and down, wherein the air-suction type picking rollers comprise two picking rollers which are arranged in a bilateral symmetry manner; a respective installation platform is correspondingly arranged below each picking roller; a roller shaft is fixedly arranged on each installation platform; the picking rollers are arranged on the roller shafts in a rotating manner; the picking rollers are driven to rotate around the roller shafts by a driving mechanism; each picking roller is of a hollow structure internally provided with a cavity; a plurality of air suction holes are formed in each picking roller; each roller shaft is fixedly connected with two air chamber baffle plates; the two air chamber baffle plates are respectively arranged in the cavity of the corresponding picking roller, and the two air chamber baffle plates are used for dividing the cavity of the corresponding picking roller into two cavities; an air inlet passage is formed in each roller shaft; the outer end of the air inlet passage is connected to a negative pressure air source through an air pipe; and the inner end of the air inlet passage is communicated with one of the two cavities.
