The method comprises the steps of automatically searching radio stations by the radio set, receiving a frequency point signal which satisfies a radio station searching stopping condition, and neglecting the channel point signal without tuning; by means of a frequency spectrum sensing method for sensing radio energy detection, performing periodical sensing detection on all frequency bands which are supported by the system, and obtaining the energy characteristic of each frequency band; detecting whether a frequency spectrum window exists according to an interference temperature condition in the channel, and generating the quality characteristic of each frequency spectrum window according to a corresponding criterion. According to the method of the invention, after the radio set automatically receives the frequency point signal, the frequency of the frequency point signal is matched with information in a data sheet for determining whether the frequency point signal is a prestored radio station signal; and if not, the frequency point signal is marked as an interference signal and no tuning is performed.
