The method comprises following steps of 1, establishing a broadcasting test server; 2, carrying out a program source broadcasting quality test of a local region by using the broadcasting test server, thus obtaining broadcasting scores; 3, obtaining the broadcasting scores by a client, wherein the broadcasting scores are calculated by the broadcasting test server; and automatically sorting the program sources by the client according to the broadcasting scores. According to the method, test broadcasting can be carried out on a plurality of program sources. The broadcasting scores are automatically sorted. A user can select to watch the program scores with good quality conveniently. When buffering watching is carried out on multiple program sources, the video playing buffering time can be reduced.
